Werner Equine operates between Central Wyoming and Wickenburg, Arizona two very different environments that together shape well rounded, durable horses.

Central Wyoming

Wyoming is home base. Here, we have access to thousands of acres of rough country, real terrain, and real ranch work. This is not flat, manicured ground it’s hills, rocks, weather, cattle, and the kind of conditions that naturally build bone, muscle, stamina, and mind. Our broodmares foal outside. Our foals are raised outside. They learn early how to travel out, handle uneven ground, and think through pressure. They aren’t bubble wrapped they’re developed in an environment that demands soundness and common sense.

Wickenburg, Arizona

Arizona gives us a different advantage. Here, we can fine tune in the arena, focus on precision work, and put consistent rides on young and finished horses. Desert riding strengthens feet, lungs, and mental toughness in a completely different way than mountain terrain. Wickenburg also places us in the heart of major horse events, making competition and exposure more accessible. Our horses experience both real ranch work and structured arena life giving them versatility and adaptability. The result? Horses that know how to travel outside and perform inside.
